The My Benzera account area allows customers to view account information, addresses, and available order details. These terms apply to account registration and use together with the remaining Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from them.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your account credentials. Access may be suspended when necessary to protect the customer, the store, or other users.

The website https://benzera.com/ is used by Benzera to present and sell audio products and related services. In these terms, Website means this online store; User means a visitor; Customer or Buyer means a person or organisation placing an order; Account means registered website access; Order means a request to purchase; and Contract means an order accepted by Benzera.

Product descriptions, images, finishes, compatibility, and availability are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor display or production differences may occur.

Registration is optional unless a particular service requires an account. The User must provide accurate, current information, keep login details confidential, and promptly update information that changes. The User is responsible for activity performed through the Account unless unauthorised use is reported without delay.

An Order is submitted when the Customer completes checkout. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not by itself guarantee acceptance. The Contract is formed when payment and stock checks are completed and Benzera confirms acceptance or dispatch.

Benzera may refuse or cancel an Order for stock or pricing errors, failed payment, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, misuse, or incorrect customer information. Any amount collected for a cancelled Order will be returned through the original method.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the Website. Shipping charges, taxes, and other costs that the store can calculate are shown before the Order is submitted. Import VAT, customs duties, brokerage, or destination charges may remain payable by the recipient.

Payment must be completed using a method offered at checkout. The available payment provider may perform security or fraud checks and processes complete card details under its own terms.

Orders are normally prepared within one or two working days. Delivery estimates, destination times, customs responsibilities, and delay limitations are set out in the Shipping & Returns Policy. The Customer must provide an accurate delivery address and inspect the parcel on arrival.

Eligible Benzera products are covered under the Warranty Policy. Warranty service requires proof of purchase and compliance with the stated conditions. These terms do not restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Return eligibility, the 15-day EU and 30-day non-EU windows, product condition, return authorisation, shipping costs, inspection, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy. Products bought from another seller must be returned to that seller.

Benzera may update the Website, product range, features, prices, and these terms when operational, security, commercial, or legal requirements change. The version presented when an Order is accepted applies to that purchase unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

The Benzera name, logos, product designs, photographs, video, text, graphics, and Website software are owned by Benzera or used with permission. Users may view the Website for its intended purpose but may not reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, publish, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

Customers must use products according to published specifications and instructions. Benzera is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, unsuitable power, incompatible equipment, or failure to follow instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Benzera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, temporary Website unavailability, carrier delays outside its control, or third-party services. Any lawful limitation applies only to the extent allowed in the Customer's jurisdiction.

Order and account notices may be sent to the email address supplied by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for keeping contact details current and reviewing messages related to an Order. Questions may be sent to support@benzera.com.

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, transport interruption, labour disruption, utility failure, cyber incidents, or widespread service outages. Obligations resume when the event ends.

Contact support@benzera.com first so the parties can try to resolve any complaint or dispute promptly. This does not prevent a consumer from using an applicable complaint body, regulator, alternative dispute process, or court available under mandatory law.

These terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the seller and the transaction, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country or region. Jurisdiction and venue remain subject to any consumer rules that cannot be changed by agreement.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. The Shipping & Returns, Warranty, Privacy, and Cookie Policies form part of these terms where relevant.

By using the Website or submitting an Order, the User confirms acceptance of the applicable terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services or place an Order.
