Benzera guarantees its products against defects in materials or workmanship for the periods set out below. This voluntary commercial guarantee is additional to any statutory rights available from the seller under applicable consumer law.
1. Coverage Periods
Bookshelf speakers, computer speakers, portable Bluetooth speakers, and home audio sound bars: two-year warranty, applicable worldwide.
Cables, connectors, and other accessories: one-year warranty, applicable worldwide.
Whether an accessory is purchased separately or as part of a bundle, statutory warranty rights against the seller remain fully applicable.
2. General Conditions
During the applicable warranty period, Benzera will repair or replace the product or affected parts at no charge when a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed. The guarantee covers repair or replacement only; unless mandatory law provides otherwise, it does not cover shipping, installation, or related incidental costs.
After the warranty period expires, repair or replacement becomes the owner's responsibility.
3. Legal Rights (EU and EEA Customers)
For EU and EEA customers, this commercial guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, exclude, suspend, or replace, statutory rights. Consumers may exercise those rights against the seller from whom the product was purchased, at no cost and regardless of this guarantee.
4. Distinction Between Accessories and Consumable Parts
Accessories include cables, connectors, adapters, remote controls, and modular add-ons supplied with or sold for a product.
Consumable or wear parts are items expected to deteriorate through normal use. They are covered only for defects in materials or workmanship present at delivery, not for normal wear, deterioration, or routine replacement. Structural parts remain covered as part of the product.
5. Requirements and Transferability
- Proof of purchase: a valid original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation from Benzera or an authorised seller is required.
- Product condition: coverage applies to eligible products when the original proof of purchase is supplied.
- Transferability: the remaining guarantee may pass to a new owner when the original proof of purchase accompanies the product.
6. After a Repair or Replacement
A repaired or replacement item remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, or for 180 days from the repair or replacement date, whichever is longer, unless applicable law requires a longer period.
7. Limitations and Exclusions
Benzera is not required to repair or replace a product when the conditions of this guarantee are not met. This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear.
- Accidents, loss, misuse, improper use, unsuitable power, liquid damage, incorrect installation, or commercial abuse.
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Purchases from an unauthorised seller.
- Damage caused by connected or incompatible equipment.
